NOTHS MAKE AWARDS

Back in August we were approached by Not On The High Street when they asked us to make the awards for this years MAKE AWARDS. This is a big event where NOTHS like to celebrate the cream of the crop across their 5000+ partners across various categories. 

We were obviously thrilled to be their choice out of the thousands of NOTHS partners to make these awards so we set out to make something that would be loved by all the 19 winners.

We are very proud to be a Not On The High Street partner so we were absolutely thrilled when they asked us to make this years Make Award Trophies. Each year they celebrate the best makers and gifts from their 5000+ partner community and get a partner to craft the awards each year to keep it in the NOTHS family. So we set about looking at ideas and the outcome was to hand screen print a 2 colour design onto thick blocks of beautiful ply. These can stand on their own or hang on the wall and now take pride of place in 18 studios across the country. This video gives a little insight into the process we went through to make these mighty fine wooden awards.
